By purchasing your Membership  to our online courses, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Subscription duration and access: 

As a member, you have unlimited access to our drop-in course platform, depending on the age group of the Membership you have purchased.

Subscriptions cannot be shared and will begin on the date of purchase, allowing immediate access to the entire online à la carte platform for your child’s age group.

2. Payment plan: 

Members will be billed monthly for the selected Membership plan. 

• Options include: 3 months, 6 months, 12 months. 

The end of the Membership corresponds to the date of purchase and the plan selected.

We do not have an automatic renewal plan; members must inform us if they wish to continue or purchase another Subscription.

3. Refunds or cancellations: 

Courses will only be cancelled for technical reasons beyond our control.

Subscription refunds, if necessary, will be prorated according to the time spent on the program.

We strive to offer the highest quality service and, in the event of any failure, please let us know your concerns.

4. Online Etiquette and Code of Conduct:

To ensure a productive, safe and respectful learning environment, we ask parents and students to adhere to the following guidelines:

• Respect: Encourage your child to show respect towards the teacher and fellow classmates at all times.
• Camera On: Please ensure that your child’s camera remains on throughout the duration of the class. **If your child wishes to keep their camera off during class, please let the teacher know at the start of the class. 
• Well-Lit Area: Choose a well-lit and comfortable environment for the class.
• Quiet Place: Select a quiet space free from distractions to optimize the learning experience.  

Note that we reserve the right to mute and/or remove the participant from the class if these conditions are not met. 

5. Technology Requirements:
   
   To participate in our online classes, students must have access to a reliable internet connection, a compatible device (such as a computer or tablet), and any necessary software or applications.

*If technical issues exist on the participants’ end, Langmobile is not responsible to replace the class. 

6. Other considerations : 

To ensure your eligibility, please verify that:

• Course registration closes one hour before the start of the course.
• Participants must be within the age range specified for the course.

It is the responsibility of parents or guardians to ensure that their child has access to the necessary technology and a suitable learning environment.

• Intellectual property, including teaching materials and videos, is for personal use only.
• A privacy policy is in place to protect personal information.

7. Changes and termination : 

Course schedules and teachers are subject to change.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions and will inform members of any changes.

By purchasing a Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

Our programming is centered around the Communicative Language Approach (CLT), which is based on the idea that successful language learning is achieved through the need to communicate real meaning, reflecting real-life situations. 

Our method is action-oriented, as children work towards concrete and practical goals, focusing on fundamentals and grammatical elements to build their language skills, directly applicable to their daily lives. As a parent, you want the best for your child and their education.

Choosing a language school that is based on immersion and play can have numerous benefits for your child’s language learning journey. Immersion allows your child to make full contact with the language, providing them with a more authentic and natural experience of the language. Play-based learning engages your child’s creativity and imagination, making the learning experience more enjoyable and memorable. Studies support the effectiveness of a CLIL approach which stands for Content and Language Integrated Learning, and as the term suggests, this approach is used to teach students about a subject in a language familiar or foreign to them.

For example, in our In-person and Online programming, we capitalize on the fact that children have existing knowledge of calendar year themes such as Seasons. By introducing seasons in a foreign language, they can grasp the concepts more easily. Last and most importantly we support Diversity in learning for kids! Embracing diversity and allowing children to learn in a way that works best for them. We know all kids are special and unique – therefore teaching needs to adapt to them. We have a wide variety of programs both in person and online that reflect our mission to make language learning exciting, engaging, and accessible to all young learners.
