Welcome to Adventurers, an exciting 16-week advanced course designed to challenge your child and take their English skills to the next level!
Course Overview
In this class, we’ll explore engaging themes like autumn, traveling, hobbies, continents & oceans, and more.
Whether discussing future plans or reflecting on past adventures, your child will practice forming complex questions and answers, as well as using more sophisticated sentence structures.
With small group settings (only 4 children per group), Adventures offers a personalized learning experience designed to challenge and excite your child as they continue their journey to English fluency!
Highlighted Learning Objectives
- Discuss future plans using future tense (e.g., “I will visit Spain next summer,” “We are going to start a new hobby.”)
- Describe actions and experiences using past tense (e.g., “I traveled to Japan last year,”)
- Form and answer W questions (who, what, when, where, why)
- Apply comparative and superlative adjectives (e.g., “Traveling to Europe is more exciting than traveling locally,” “Fall is the best season.”)
- Use countable and uncountable nouns in sentences with appropriate quantifiers (e.g., “I have ten books,” “You had a lot of homework”)
- Form complex questions and answers (e.g., “What did you do during the fall?”, “How do you plan to spend your summer?”, “Which continent do you find most interesting?”)
